Locked Screen Notifications

Regardless of whether or not a computer screen is in a locked state or even in screensaver mode, organizations can have the ability to deliver urgent communications directly to an unattended locked or inactive screen.

Whether an employee has locked their own screen or whether or not the screen is locked based on a timeout policy within an organization, the locked screen module allows for on screen delivery of those notifications that require immediate notice.

Alerts can be sent requiring acknowledgement or time out using the auto exit feature. An alert notification can appear on-screen for a pre-determined period of time and  automatically close.

Please note that by default Desktop Alerts do not display on top of locked screens, screensaver or computers that are in PowerPoint Presentation mode HOWEVER desktop alerts can be set to do so when marked as an "urgent" alert.
